ISO 9001 renewed for another year
The external audit confirmed our quality management system without remarks. The certificate is valid until 2029.
For another year we passed the external audit without remarks. ISO 9001 is not just a sticker on the wall; for us it is a working tool that keeps the discipline in our design, construction and handover processes.
What the certification covers
The auditors review all key processes: incoming material control, site documentation, staff training, client feedback, complaints and warranty service. In 2026 the audit was carried out on three active sites: Elea Residence, Anhialo Beach and AMAYA Home.
The renewed certificate is valid until March 2029, with annual surveillance audits.
