Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data KESAR GROUP 2 Ltd. collects through the kesar.bg website, why it processes it and what rights you have. We use your data only for the purposes listed below and never sell it to third parties.

2. What data we collect

  • Data from the inquiry forms: your name, email, phone and the text of your message. When you inquire about a specific Elea Residence apartment, the inquiry also contains the selected unit.
  • Technical data: when an inquiry is submitted, the system temporarily records your IP address solely to protect against abuse (rate limiting of automated requests). The site’s hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out automated profiling.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your inquiry and the related communication: steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering questions addressed to us (point (f)).
  • Security and protection of the website against abuse: legitimate interest (point (f)).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax): only if our relationship leads to a contract (point (c)).

4. How long we keep the data

We keep inquiries and the related correspondence for up to 12 months after the communication ends, after which they are deleted, unless a contract has been concluded in the meantime; in that case the data is kept for the periods required by law. The IP address record kept for abuse protection is short-lived and is deleted automatically.

5. Who has access to your data

Access is limited to the company employees who process inquiries. As processors within the meaning of the GDPR we use only the hosting provider of kesar.bg and our email provider. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies:

  • kesar_consent: stores your choice from the cookie banner so we do not show it on every visit. Validity: 180 days.
  • WordPress login cookies: created only for the site team when logging into the administration; visitors do not receive them.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your explicit consent through the banner before any such cookies are activated. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

With regard to your personal data you have the right to:

  • access: receive a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
