We deliver residential and office buildings, hotels and private homes. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations, because the trust we have earned obliges us to deliver our commitments with quality and on time.

We have delivered numerous residential and public buildings in Burgas and along the Southern Black Sea coast. We specialise in all types of construction and installation work: from excavation and earthworks, through structural work, to facade systems, installations and complete project management.

    Registration of KESAR GROUP 2 Ltd.

    We start as a construction company based in Burgas.

  2. 2018

    First large seaside projects

    Hotel Elitza in Kiten: 54 rooms and 6 apartments over 3,200 m².

  3. 2020

    AMAYA HOME, Kraymorie

    Start of a project of 6 single-family houses on the seafront.

  4. 2021

    Sonata Sea Villas, Ahtopol

    24 luxury two-storey houses on the town's central beach.

  5. 2023

    Anhialo Beach & growth

    A second major seaside destination: Pomorie, 10 m from the beach.

  6. 2026

    Elea, our largest project
