Anhialo Beach · Pomorie: structural work complete
The 3,000 m² building 10 m from the beach enters the finishing stage. The first viewing meetings begin in April.
After about 14 months of construction, the largest building in the Anhialo Beach project is structurally complete. The roof structure is finished, the joinery is installed and the installations have passed pressure testing. Interior finishing begins: plasters, flooring, tiling and fitting out the bathrooms.
First viewings
From 15 April we will start individual on-site viewing meetings, for reserved clients only. Bookings are made through the sales team. The available units in the building are listed on the project page.
Construction of the four two-storey houses on the shared grounds continues in parallel. The whole phase is expected to be handed over in the autumn of 2026.
