Key handover: AMAYA Home, phase 1
The six single-family houses in Kraymorie were officially handed over to their owners at the end of January.
Seventeen days ahead of the contractual deadline, the last three houses of the phase met their owners. All six were handed over fully finished, with interior furnishing to design, landscaped gardens and working utilities.
What comes next
The 5-year structural warranty and the 2-year finishing warranty come into force. We keep a direct line with the owners.
The second phase of AMAYA Home is being designed. Expected start: autumn 2026.
