Permits issued for the 24 luxury houses in Ahtopol
The gated complex received the green light from the municipality. Excavation is expected to start in March.
The long-awaited permit arrived at the end of December 2025. After technical and geodetic checks of the terrain, we are mobilising the site for the start of excavation in mid-March.
The complex includes 24 houses in the central part of Ahtopol, minutes on foot from the central beach and the harbour. Full completion is expected in the summer of 2027.
